The exteriors of this amazing villa are ideal for enjoying the good weather and unwinding on the island. The private salt pool -measuring 10 x 4.5 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.7 to 1.9 metres- is perfect for cooling off after sunbathing on the 5 sun loungers available. The surrounding thatched terraces allow you to enjoy an apéritif at sunset or a barbecue for dinner. The property is fenced, and the privacy is total.

The extraordinary 2-storey house has a fantastic modern style with all the necessary comforts for your stay. On the first floor you will find the living-dining room -with air conditioning and Smart TV- which is open to the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob. Still on the first floor, you have a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, we have another living room with air conditioning and amazing views of the fields and the sea in the distance; two more bedrooms, both with a double bed and one of them with an en suite bathroom with a shower; and another bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and all bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The property is located just 4.5 km from the wonderful beach of Cala Mandía and 6.7 km from Porto Cristo, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay. With crystal clear waters and soft sand, Cala Mandia offers an idyllic setting to enjoy the sun and the sea. Surrounded by lush green cliffs, its natural beauty is breathtaking. - There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
