Overall good hotel but needs more facilities in room such as fridge and kettle

Very central, clean and well decorated rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms can be variable but ours on the 8th floor was modern, spacious and fresh. Breakfast is included. The hotel itself is close (i.e. A short walk) to the shopping district, gamla stan and the busy harbour area where all the major sightseeing happens!

The Hotel is just a short walk from the station. We had a friendly welcome from pleasant staff. Our large room overlooked the square, the only down side to this was that on Saturday night it was rather noisy with thumping music and people shouting, but Sunday and Monday nights were quiet. Breakfast was plentiful with an excellent choice. My son whom we were visiting joined us each day and we were only charged £8 a time for his meal, much more resonable than in England. The hotel was well situated for exploring Malmo. My husband got confused by the instuctions to access the television and we ended up paying for a film we neither wanted or watched so be careful. When we visit next we will certainly stay here again.

Lars was a very welcoming host. The accomodation was very clean and cosy but rooms a little on the small size but had everything you needed for an overnight stay. The tea and coffee and evening sandwich /food was an added bonus. Very enjoyable stay.

Very friendly welcome, and room decor very funky! We loved our balcony and the spacious bathroom. The only aspect that I didn't like about the room was the glass wall between the shower and bedroom (even though there were net curtains across the window). The buffet breakfast was included, and was delicious; lots of choice. The hotel is round the corner from the Designer shops, and only 10-15 mins walk from the Palace in one direction, and the museums/Theme park in the other. Tram and bus stops are only 2 mins away.

This is a good but not outstanding hotel in a very good location.

Ok, so first of all, this is a budget hotel. It was the cheapest in the Lund area by some margin, so one would expect the basics. The fact is, I had a very pleasant stay! The room was small, but very clean and tidy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom and shower were lovely. The breakfast buffet was much nicer and fuller than anything at this cheap price had a right to be. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and was actually sad to say goodbye! If one is on a budget, I would highly recommend this lovely little hotel. Pros: Comfy beds, friendly staff, nice interior, wonderful breakfast buffet. Cons: Distance from Lund centre (20-30 minute walk), somewhat limited restaurant menu (but again, for such a budget hotel, not really something to complain about).
