House Juros is located in peaceful street, without traffic, 1 kilometer from centre of Malinska. The house Juros consists of 2 apartments for renting, yard with a pool and parking for your cars.

Your apartment is on the 1st floor:
size is 65sqm + terrace 17 sqm (ground plan on the photos), and consists of big living room (30 sqm) with a comfortable sofa bed, TV area (SAT TV), wardrobe for guests sleeping in the living room for theirs things and clothes, a dining room for 6 people, a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, water kettle, fridge, coffee maker ...
The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower cabin, sink with cupboards and mirror and washing machine. In the bathroom there is a hair dryer, liquid soap, toilet paper, shower gel, detergent for washing machine and everything you need to start your vacation.

In one bedroom there is a large (180x200 cm) double bed and in the other bedroom there are two separate beds (90x200) which can become a large double bed if needed. Bedding (blankets and pillows) are separate in each bed so you dont need to fight with your roommate at night. The linen is made of the finest cotton mixed with satin to make you feel comfortable in the summer nights.
The 17 m2 terrace has a large table with chairs and parasol, with a sea view, for a pleasant gathering.

In the yard, beside the pool (7m x 4m, depth 1.4m), there are 8 comfortable sunbeds with 3 parasols, table with chairs and outdoor shower.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the house. Every apartment has its own WI FI router so signal quality is great.

In the center of Malinska it is possible to arrange boat excursions to the nearby islands of Cres and Rab. Krk historic core is 12 km away. Church of St. Lucija in Jurandvor, where "Baščanska ploča" was found, is located 28 km from the property.

The local bus station, which includes lines across the island, is located in the center of Malinska. Valbiska Ferry Port is 13 km away from the apartment. Rijeka Airport is located on the island of Krk, 14 km from the property. Krk is also 14 km away, and the bridge connects it with the bridge.

Die Wohnung war super. Sehr gut war die Ausstattung. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart. Die Lage war schön ruhig mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Swimmingpool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und war eine Oase. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Familienurlaub auf Krk

Wir wurden von Ivana und Dario überaus herzlich empfangen. Die sehr hübsche geräumige Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht, war blitzsauber geputzt. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, Restaurants an der Hafenpromenade von Malinska sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ivana hat uns außerdem gute Tips für schöne Strände oder Restaurants auf der Insel gegeben. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Schöne Urlaubswoche mit Sonne und Pool

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in dem Appartement. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Ivana empfangen und fühlten uns direkt wohl. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Die gesamte Woche haben wir in der Sonne den Pool, auf der schönen Terasse genossen. Konnten zu Fuß in den Ort Malinska gehen, um einen schönen Abend am Hafen zu verbringen. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Liebe Ivana, lieber Dario, wir wollen uns von ganzem Herzen für die tolle Zeit bei Euch in der Wohnung bedanken. Ihr habt immer ein offendes Ohr für Fragen und wart immer super bemüht unseren Aufentahlt bei Euch positiv in Erinnerung zu behalten :) Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise haben wir uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern und optimal, die Sauberkeit sowieso. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und man ist schnell im Zentrum oder an einem der vielen tollen Stränden. Der Pool war immer sauber und wurde fast täglich gereinigt. Er hat immer dazu eingeladen sich angenehm abzukühlen. Das die Kinder gar nicht mehr aus dem Wasser wollten muss ich ja nicht erwähnen ;) Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Euch und ich hoffe wir sehen uns bald wieder (dann wird wieder lecker Wein getrunken ;)) Liebe Grüße Familie Janus

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Es ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten und zuvorgekommenen Gastgebern. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, das Meer erreicht man sehr einfach entweder zu Fuß, ca. 15 min, oder mit dem Auto in 2 min (mit ausreichenden Parkplatzmöglichkeiten). Die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. 👍👍👍

Traumurlaub

Wir haben unseren 10-tägigen Sommerurlaub in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung verbracht. Neben der sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung, dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick und dem sehr gepflegten Außenbereich, haben besonders unsere beiden Kinder den herrlichen Pool genossen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar und die Hafenpromenade von Malinska fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso gute Restaurants und Bars. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den freundlichen Gastgebern, die uns herzlich empfangen und uns viele tolle Strand- und gute Restauranttipps gegeben haben, so dass wir die Insel in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Wir waren sehr berührt von diesem erholsamen und tollen Urlaub und werden auf jeden Fall mal wiederkommen! Hvala ti ;-)

Alles perfekt!

Wir haben im Juni mit unseren Kindern eine Woche in dem Appartement verbracht. Das Haus ist komplett renoviert und alles ist modern eingerichtet. Dank Klimaanlage und Fliegengittern an den Fenstern waren auch die Nächte sehr angenehm. Kühl und ohne Mücken. Die Nachmittage haben wir meistens im Pool verbracht, der blickgeschützt vor dem Haus liegt. An Einrichtung war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns fast wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in einer Sackgasse. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Sehr entspannend. Die Vermieter Ivana und Dario sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend! Der Kontakt vor unserer Reise als auch vor Ort war super! Also alles Bestens! Kann man nur empfehlen!

Traumhaftes Appartement, tolle Gastgeber, wunderschöner Pool

Wundervolle Gastgeber bereiten einem einen tollen Empfang. Das Appartement ist modern, sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, selbst der Kühlschrank ist mit dem Nötigsten gefüllt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, man kann sogar das Meer sehen. Der Pool lädt zum verweilen ein, Nachmittags nach dem Strandbesuch oder Abends bei einem Glas Wein. Im Appartement selbst gibt es 2 Klimaanlagen, was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Zum Ortskern von Malinska sind es mit dem Auto 5 Minuten, zum nächsten Supermarkt ebenfalls. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig, keine vielbefahrene Straße in der Nähe. Dies war unser 5er Besuch in Malinska und mit Abstand der Schönste. Thank you for great Holidays and a very beautiful time.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Super Wohnung! Klasse Gastgeber!

Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden immer wieder dorthin fahren. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern zwei Wochen vor Ort. Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt, sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und super freundlich. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Ein großer Balkon auf dem man gemütlich essen kann steht zur Verfügung. Das Schwimmbecken haben wir auch sehr gerne genutzt. Das Meer sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal!
