Wonderful property on Carbon Beach

Excellent hotel! We were upgraded to a suite, which was stunning! The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We stayed at 6 hotels on our family California trip this was the only one that measured up to the images on expedia. The hotel is near busy roads but we couldn't hear a thing in our room despite the suite having at least six large windows and wrapping round the side of the building.

Friendly staff with great room and breakfast

Fantastic location for Universal with direct trolley service to the park and only a 15 minute uber ride to Hollywood Blvd and Griffith park. Plenty of food options available and a good shopping amenities for any last minute trip requirements. Guidance on the area from hotel staff was perfect and gave us greater context of what was available. Room was very comfortable and quiet an served us well for our stay. I would certainly use this hoel again.

I had travel problems but the managers at the hotel were extremely accommodating and fully assisted me. I love the hotel and the location. I hope to return soon. Thank you.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel, which lived up to expectation. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable four poster bed. We could not fault the staff who were welcoming & attentive. The bar & restaurants were excellent, the food was of a high quality and live music was played most nights of our stay. Yes my beech view was excellent. The bar and restaurant was good, not excellent as the service provided could have been more responsive.

A lovely well maintained property. I travelled with my young son (age 4) and I would say that the hotel is more for adults and the food/ amenities are not really for children. However, I knew this before booking the hotel and it didn’t take away from the experience. A special mention -Alejandro, who worked at the ground level restaurant-he always made my little boy and I feel special and well looked after. I would happily stay again the next time we are in Santa Monica.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities were amazing and looked better than advertised. An added bonus with happy hour free between 6-8 with a selection of wine and beer. We didn't use the car due to the size of our group, but ubet was only $11 to the main area of Santa Monica. There was a great park a short walk from the hotel that my son loved.

Perfect reception staff, clean, tidy, well equipped rooms.
