Really friendly welcome even though we were late arriving. Rooms are stylish, modern and clean. We only stayed one night as we were moving to a resort the next day but would definitely visit again.

Excellent property and service as always!

The hotel is in a perfect location, with easy access to public transport and close to Heraklion town square where you can find lots of places to eat and shop. There are regular buses just outside the hotel to travel to Knossos and Amoudara beach. The bus station is a short 10 mins walk away if you want to travel to other towns in Crete such as Chania and Rethymnon. The hotel was clean, well decorated with spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were all very very helpful;...

This hotel took our breath away from start to finish. The staff were so welcoming, helpful & go the extra step with cold flannels, welcome drinks & recommendations for days out. The hotel is truly designed for ultimate relaxation. We booked a spa package as well which was incredible. The hotel is spectacular in every way, it is designed beautifully, the food was amazing & entertainment was perfect. The Cretan Stories night at the Vegera restaurant really finished our short trip on a high, fully...

We have just returned from a 1 week holiday at the Amirandes Grecotel in Gouves, whilst we had a very nice stay in the most fabulous hotel, it should be mentioned that the hotel is located away from any other establishments an it is very difficult to walk to anything out of the hotel, unless you clamber over rocks and up very dodgy steps or a risky walk up a lane. Taxis's are available, but we like to walk whilst on holiday. So with this in mind unless you book full or half board at the hotel,...

We arrived late in the evening, so couldn't really see much or explore. The next morning however - WOW, the hotel is situated on an outcrop of rock, the sea views are amazing and due to the location you can see and hear it from several parts of the complex. The staff are really nice, helpful and happy, food was excellent, plentiful and tasty with a varied selection. Salads were cold and meat was hot - so all good there. Our room was spacious and clean, with a great sea view. The atmosphere is...

Property is very charming, super location within the city, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the centre.

Lovely pleasant friendly staff clean nice hotel

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff who can’t help you enough. Good quality food options and lovely pools

We had a great stay at the Minos Boutique, mainly thanks to Ionnis’s exceptional breakfast and sense of humor. The staff at the hostel is very friendly and professional. Merci beaucoup !

Lived up to expectations: George and staff could not do enough for their guests - it was like home from home, very relaxed atmosphere, rooms very clean and spacious, everything you could possibly want. Pool area beautifully kept, clean towels everyday, breakfast selection more than adequate, offered great food for lunch and dinner. It's the first time I been there - went on recommendation. Very enjoyable week and will definitely be going back! Excellent - full complements to George and team.

This was the second time we went to this hotel. I can only say that the owners are really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend some quality time.

Everything about this place is fantastic - The people, the food, the views, the rooms all incredible.
