Limone Apt · Lake View - Finestra sul Lago

Limone is a renovated 73 m² first-floor apartment at Finestra sul Lago. Finestra sul Lago grew out of our family home in Navene di Malcesine. Spacious and bright, it is designed for families who want space, light and time together on holiday. The beach is about 50 metres away and the house, set slightly above the lakeside road, is quiet.

The terrace
The long private terrace overlooks the lake: a place for breakfast outdoors, or to watch the sun set together behind the mountains across the lake.
The kitchen also opens onto a small terrace, handy for a coffee outside.

The living area
Bright and air-conditioned, it opens onto the terrace and looks out over the lake. The dining table seats the whole family. Sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi with a fibre connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The bedrooms
The double bedroom has a French window with a lake view and can be arranged with either a double bed or two single beds. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds below and one above, each with its own reading light; for 6 guests, an extra single bed is added in the same room. Ceiling fans and mosquito screens in every room, Venetian blinds and roller shutters to darken the bedrooms. Air conditioning is provided in the living area and the second bedroom.

The bathroom
A large shower, twin washbasins, bidet and hairdryer. The apartment also has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a clothes airer.

Outside
As well as the private terrace, there is a sun terrace with loungers, parasols and a shower, and a barbecue area, both with lake views, plus a garage for bikes and sports equipment: spaces shared only with Riva, the other apartment in the house. Navene is a favourite spot for sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and stand-up paddleboarding, and the Fraglia Vela Malcesine sailing club runs sailing courses for children and adults. There is also a public playground next to the house.

Car and EV charging
A private parking space is included. For electric cars, there is a shared charging point with a Type 2 socket (bring your own cable), charged based on electricity consumption.
