In the living room there is the comfortable 3-seater chaise-long sofa, convertible into a bed, and the glass dining table. It communicates with the bedroom with a double bed. The modern bathroom has everything you need, and the washing machine. The apartment building has 2 elevators, and an elevator for people with reduced mobility in the large portal. It has Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning heating, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric hob, kitchen utensils, dishes, iron, hair dryer, washing machines, bed linen and towels. This beautiful apartment is located in the popular neighbourhood of Malagueta, next to the beach, in the center of the city, and next to the commercial port, Muelle Uno. In the area you can enjoy Malaga life, just a few meters away. There are supermarkets, shops, a multitude of restaurants, clothing stores on the Port, and the promenade, where you can enjoy beautiful walks next to the sea.
