Magnificent Apartment in the Heart of Old Town. Picasso III
This bright and stylish apartment is located on the third floor of a beautifully restored classic building on Calderería Street, right in the heart of Málaga’s historic center. Please note: the building does not have a lift.
The apartment is entirely exterior, offering plenty of natural light. On the main floor, you’ll find a tastefully furnished living room with a double sofa bed, two exterior bedrooms (one with a double bed, 1.50 x 2.00 m, and one with two single beds, 0.90 x 1.90 m), a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
An interior staircase leads to the upper level, where there is a third bedroom with a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and an en-suite bathroom, modern and functional. The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests.
Calderería Street is nestled in Málaga’s old town, surrounded by cultural heritage, history, and art. The Carmen Thyssen Museum, Picasso Museum, the Cathedral, and other major landmarks are just steps away. No public transport or car is needed to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

The property was very clean and had great access to many activities such as nearby restaurants, museums, shops, etc. We had a great time at the property
What a GEM!We loved this apartment! The location is fantastic, it was clean, and despite being in a very "social" neighborhood at such a busy time Dec 23-27, it was really quite quiet.Close to the beach boardwalk..a 10 minute walk...to the wonderful shops, restaurants and sidewalk cafe's, the market..we walked everywhere and always felt safe.Gema from Genteel Homes was very helpful prior to arrival, answering questions and setting up our meeting on arrival. The unit was being cleaned but we were allowed to store our bags until our 1500 hr check in time which was much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stayI would recommend this apartment 10/10.
Only stayed 1 night, wish we would have done more.perfect position in Malaga for restaurants & bars. Very clean,spacious & comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to book it once more.
This was a wonderful location right in the heart of Malaga. Busy, noisy area but window shutters were very effective. It was great to be so close to all amenities. Nicely decorated and comfortable apartment. Well stocked with linen, bedding and kitchen items.
