If you are away in the afternoon, it receives full sun, so it is hot, but the awning works well and a cool breeze shows up when the sun goes down. The beds were comfortable, shower worked great, bathroom is equipped with toilet paper, hand/hair soap, and hand wash. The location is perfectly in the middle of everything, with shops, coffee, grocery, restaurants all nearby, but very quiet at night. The washer/dryer worked well (takes a while, typical for a combo machine). The instructions book was spot on, wifi worked well, and communication was rapid and excellent (thank you Steffen and Damian). Stayed here twice during our trip and would book it again. Suggestions: no paper towelsnapkins and 1-2 kitchen towels. If you plan on eating in when you arrive, Carrefour Express is 5 min away for supplies.
