"Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Bedroom was spacious as was the bathroom. Bedding and towels were clean and the room was cleaned each day. Some furnishings seemed worn and tired. Also the windows were dusty. One evening there was a cockroach in the room but a member of staff very quickly dealt with the situation. The breakfast buffet has an extensive choice of food and drink. Outdoor pool area and garden were well tended to."

"Hotel was centrally located, staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and roof deck restaurant were nice. The breakfast buffet was nice and a fair value in my opinion. The only downside was the noise from construction on the floor above us, which we were warned about when we checked in, but were not compensated for in any way. Overall, of the three places we stayed in the Philippines, this was by far the most comfortable and the staff was the most helpful."

"The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together. The poolside area feels like paradise. So quiet, so clean, the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Inah the manager, Hannah at the front desk, and Rigor all showed such warmth in making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Highly recommend The Alpha Suites for families looking for space, peace, and genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!"
