Excellent hotel in a stunning location with great views and a lovely infinity pool. Room was much larger than expected and had a very unique design. Food was lovely, breakfast had lots of options but all were done to a very high quality. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Many of the Roxanich wines on sale by the glass in the bar which were very reasonably priced. Would love to return at some point!

We spent two nights here and visited Venice during one day. Hotel located within few minutes of boarding point for boat to Venice so we were able to eat breakfast before 8.00 am departure. Our first trip to Croatia. We stayed for a week during very hot weather. The pool and wellness facilities were excellent. The a/c in the room was great and accommodation all very comfortable. We loved the vibe in Novigrad and ate at a few of the restaurants, just a short walk from the hotel. There is also a lovely park you can walk to where there is easy access to swim in the sea. We had free parking at the hotel and had days out inPorec, umag and rovinj.

Beautiful property, the decor is modern and it felt new. The rooms are spacious and the views are incredible. I found the staff to be genuinely lovely, they take time to say hello and check in with you as you enter or leave the hotel. Modern bright hotel by the coast in Novigrad. Hotel is only a few years old and everything is pretty up to date with the usual things you'd expect these days. Quiet location on the edge of the old town, looking right on to the Adriatic. Breakfast was included and was very good, with eggs made to order. They also have a restaurant on site. The staff were very good and made the stay very pleasant and felt welcoming. All in all a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time in Kottli. The houses are charming and well maintained. I did read a review before we went there complaining about the cleanliness of the property, but whoever wrote that probably doesn't live in the countryside. We found it perfectly clean for a rural property and Sanja who looks after the property was very nice and friendly. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the tourist hot spots!
