"A relaxing, peaceful and restful 5 night stay with super service from all the staff. The food was excellent and well worth being all-inclusive. The only negative was the room which had nowhere to store clothes apart from the wardrobe so we had to keep everything in our suitcases on the floor. Some drawers would have been helpful. The shower was very slippery and dangerous when wet - as a result my husband couldn’t use it. We very much hope to return.. "

We came back - again…

"Our third stay at Puig de Ros Alt, always in January - the best time to visit Mallorca in our opinion. Fabulous place deep in the countryside, surrounded by olive groves, citrus orchards and a vineyard just up the road. Breakfast is cooked to order, alongside good choice of continental options. Dinner available but (slightly constraining) must be ordered at breakfast time, which means not changing plans during the day. "

"It was a quiet area which was lovely , needed a few more bars , really nice food . There wasnt a kettle so boiling water in a pan everyday was a bit of a pain . Lovely space in the villa , 5 star rating gor pool. It was big and lovely and kids enjoyed it. Bonus having a bus stop to get to amenities, to visit Palma and L'arenal. Nice relaxed holiday. Thankyou "

Villa Sa Torre - with private swimming pool

Be prepared

"On arriving the villa, the pool was very very dirty, when I called the number they said they would be out the next day which meant we lost a day in the pool. The reason for the dirty pool was apparently there was muddy rain but I can see there was a poor attempt of previous cleaning and may be muddy rain was just a good excuse, It’s now been 16 days since I left the property and my high deposit is still to be refunded. I contact them again today and I am still awaiting a reply Overall it was ok that’s why I never gave them an all bad review…"

Not worth the money

"Room had not been properly cleaned - found an old used razor in bathroom and surfaces were dirty. I told reception and hey just said they would inform housekeeping but offered no remedy or compensation. I cleaned the room surfaces myself in the end. The room was above the restaurant area and the room stank of food in the evening. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel. Over 180 euros for 1 night was not worth it. "
