"Great"

"The parking situation was very confusing. We opted for self-parking and the valet told us that the self-parking garage was right across the street. When you get there, it asks if you're staying for a few hours or overnight. Originally we chose a few hours because we knew we were going to be driving back out of the garage that evening. When we checked into the hotel, there were no instructions given that we were supposed to select "overnight" and choose the day we check out because then it gives you a validated parking ticket for your entire stay. It's my fault for not asking more directly, but when I mentioned this confusion to the staff, their answer was "the parking garage isn't part of the hotel". Well then why did the valet give me the impression that it was? The top sheets of the beds are very scratchy and the beds aren't that comfortable. Also, most of the USB charging plugs that are built-in to the lamps are broken. I mentioned this to the staff and all they said was "sorry". The breakfast was fine although in the actual breakfast area there wasn't cold water or decaf coffee provided. There were limited fruit options (my kids love fruit). It was nice that we were able to leave our luggage prior to check-in and I also had to have an Amazon package delivered which was nice and easy. "

"The rooms were clean however the shower had rust and mold at the base. The elevator took over 10 minutes to arrive due to many guests. Took the stairs which had old furniture packed in areas. Hard to find the exits due to lack of signage."
