"Family room was in an outside courtyard that was also used for storage, so not very pretty area. Room was very cold at night and told that heating was on a timer. Got an oil filled heater which didnt make much impact. Room was clean enough but dark due to its kocation. Radiators were on in the morning !!!!. Staff very pleasant, breakfast was excellent served in a nice room overlooking the seafront. "

"The room was presented exceptionally. Very clean and very comfortable. The staff in all areas were very welcoming and could not do enough to make the experience only better. The hotel is very family friendly. Highly recommended throughout! "
