"Location good just few minutes form Istikal street Staff unprofessional Thanks to the guy at reception he was usufull Room dirty ac no work normaly so much hot impossible to open window cause of smells You need to ask for all paper towels water no cleaning daily Very loud 🔊 in all hotel like party 24/7 :) Not recommend at all I give 1/10 just cause location and some nice staff They are expensive for the offer they give... Need to be prepared more for guests and to speak just a little English...

"The owner went completely out of his way by finding me a cab, walking me outside to show me where to catch the cab, suggest tourist sights, etc My room was very clean and completely adequate. Loved the location (proximity to the touristy promenade full of shops & restaurants plus Taksim Square was perfect). Very impressed! I would definitely stay there again!"
