Sahel during the day shift and Mohamad and Ali on the night shift went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness ❤️ truly made our stay memorable. I was especially impressed with the hotel’s excellent communication through WhatsApp and their proactive offer of a return airport shuttle....
