We came to Istanbul for our wedding and the staff were so kind and helpful, they left us a lovely gift and beautiful note on our wedding day which was so thoughtful! The shower room and hemam was a great treat and the breakfast is well worth it. Amazing views and incredible food in the restaurant (though a little expensive so bare in mind), really fun rooftop bar too. We will be coming back!
