"Location was nice overlooking the harbor. Room was not clean. Told front desk staff and management and nothing was done about it. Long stringy blonde hair everywhere in showers on floor on covers. Toilet area not clean. No phone is room and management didn’t know why."

"This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel feels extremely low-budget and lacks even the most basic amenities you would expect. The WiFi barely works, and the TV doesn’t connect properly, which made it frustrating to relax in the room. The bathroom was also poorly stocked no shampoos or basic toiletries provided, which is something most places include without question. The overall condition of the room felt neglected, and the experience from the moment we arrived didn’t improve things. The check-in process was unwelcoming, and it honestly felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. For the price, this hotel falls far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no other option."

"Been a beautiful stay at the house. It is a gated community with great views. Very clean. three balconies, plenty of room for the 5 of us. It had one of the beautiful beaches right down the street Reagan's Beach. The house is located 15 minutes from everywhere if you like. Snorkeling they have gear for you all pretty much which they welcome you to use. My wife had said it was one of the most equipped places that she has stayed has everything for us. So if you make it there, enjoy. We did "

"Our stay at Villa Palmeira was truly unforgettable—and honestly, it set the tone for one of the best group trips we’ve ever had.The layout is perfect—plenty of space to gather for drinks, meals, and laughs. Each bedroom felt like its own retreat.The views are absolutely unreal. We found ourselves stopping mid-conversation just to take them in. Some of our favorite memories weren’t even “planned” activities—they were mornings with coffee overlooking the water, afternoons by the pool with music playing, and long evenings outside we didn’t want to end.And speaking of music—the iPad already connected to the home’s sound system was such a thoughtful touch. It made it so easy to set the vibe from the moment we arrived.The outdoor showers deserve their own mention—they are an absolute oasis. "All the comforts of home, in paradise. We (5) stayed here over spring break 2026 (two adults, one 12 year old, and two senior citizens), and were very happy with the experience. The property is very easy to find, yet secluded at the same time. Comparing this to the other homes we’ve rented, it is on the larger side. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the covered patio, being cooled by the nice breeze and enjoying the view. By far, this house has the best pool we’ve ever experienced. It was at least 25 feet long and 10 feet wide. The pool seems to be heated and has steps at the shallow end, about 3 feet. The pool gradually dips to about 6 feet at the deep end. There is also a submerged sitting ledge about a foot under water all along the house side of the pool. We went to a different beach each day, and in mid-afternoon were usually in the pool enjoying a post-beach splash. Also, this pool is great for star-gazers: free float or float on a raft, and stare up at the stars at night. One of the benefits of St. Thomas over St. John is the number of restaurants. We tried a few and enjoyed the food, but we also enjoyed cooking at home.Power outages in the islands are frequent. This property has solar panels and a battery system so we never experienced any outages longer than a few seconds. One day, the Internet went out in our area; otherwise, the Internet was solid the duration of our stay. The stove is gas, so the power outages did not affect cooking at all."
