Lisa's onsite assistant Tarcia met us upon arrival and provided us a detailed tour of our accommodations showing the location of items in the kitchen, living area and bedrooms and provided us with recommendations and locations for local shopping, dining and much more. She was a delight! In fact, the level of communication from Lisa and Tarcia before, during and after our stay was stellar and so helpful to us as first time visitors to the USVI! They went above and beyond by providing a wonderful anniversary surprise for our friends and certainly were the most incredible hosts! The area where the condo is located is very quiet and peaceful. The views throughout the house are amazing! (Don’t oversleep the sunrise as it is beautiful.) My teenage daughter and I stayed at this property that has the most BREATHTAKING views. We've never seen anything like it. Lisa knew that it was our first time visiting the island and was SO excited to share all of her favorites. She was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond with recommendations from car rentals and restaurants to beaches and shopping. The host had a taxi driver service ready for us to be picked up from the airport, A car waiting on us at the condo, And a slideshow of everything we need to know about the island- Shopping, restaurants, groceries, beaches, St. John. The owner Lisa was so helpful and easy to communicate with on any questions i had. Her girl that checked us in was very friendly and kind as well. The condo is very comfortable, clean, well stocked and AC worked great. Views everywhere as well! You must get a car though. You are way up on hill and quite a ways away from things so a car is a must. Its a bit of challenge driving since its on the other side of road but still worth it . Make sure you arrive before dark as it can be challenge to find condo the first time. Lisa has a book of everything you can do, feedback , plus suggestions on places to eat . Wonderful stay and would stay again. We all four loved it. ##### Kimberly G. The views were spectacular and this condo was very warm and inviting. Christie & Lisa were great in providing local resources. Would definitely recommend staying here as all we enjoyed all the amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer. But be sure to bring your bug spray as the mosquitos got all of us. ##### Devon R. This was our second visit to St Thomas and this Property management was super easy and friendly to work with. Vehicle was well maintained. Location was EVERYTHING. Nice, well kept grounds, beautiful views, clean and quiet. Condo was well kept and had everything we needed for our stay! Made beach hopping easy with chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels at our disposal. The only thing I would change is maybe adding a foam topper to the main bedroom…but we like our bed soft and some don’t! The second bedroom had super soft beds though. A+++ Having a rental car included with the property, was a blessing as you truly need to have transportation when on the island. The property was very comfortable and the views were amazing! The property manager, Christie, was hands-down, the best property manager we have ever dealt with. She was there for any and all questions, and was so helpful & sweet. Three of us spent a "Moms' Getaway" here and it was amazing! The views from every window are breathtaking. The photos don't lie! The condo is fantastic and had everything we needed. I've never stayed at such a well stocked VRBO. Christie was wonderful and made sure we were taken care of and quick to reply to any questions. Owner and manager were both very responsive and stayed in touched during our stay. The north shore is quieter that most of the island, and yet, given the size of St Thomas, nowhere on-island is really far away. Including a large 4 WD vehicle in the rental is unusual, but it worked out well. Taxi from the airport to the condo doesn't take long -- and from then to your taxi back to the airport, you have the equivalent of a rental car. This unit would work for a couple's get-away or the center of a family island adventure. The full kitchen is reasonably stocked with plenty of the basics. ##### Steven S. The views at this condo are so breathtaking, and also unique compared to other parts of the island. But the condo itself is just as good. TONS of room for a family to spread out, 3 different balconys to enjoy, comfortable beds, pullout couch, cupboard full of board games, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and a weber grill we used to stay in and cook ribeyes on. Why go out when you have the best views and comfort right there!? The pools a short easy drive and very nice. One of my favorite nights was hanging out there watching the sun set while our kids swam. We were there twice and had it all to ourselves. The location was easy to get to. Very safe in a gated community. Good spot between meagans bay and coki, lindquist and saphire. Great coffee shop close by, go to northside grind for your coffee and breakfast sandwiches! We did almost every day.Lisa, the owner did everything she could from the moment we booked our stay to make it the best she could! She has a great book filled with info on the house, island, beaches, restaurants and more that she sends right away so you know what to expect. Also answered any question i had through text right away and was eager to take any more questions.This condo was a huge part of our stay on the island, and it definitely did not dissapoint! ##### lyle b.
