At check-in, we had access to the wrong apartment and walked in and saw other peoples belongings. They assigned the wrong apartment door to us. Someone needed to help us translate the situation to the help line and they cancelled our booking to re-book it with the correct access to our door. Inside the apartment, it was clean and spacious. However we noticed several cockroaches in the staircases. The location is perfect and close to everything.

Lovely room in a great location a few minutes from Sol. Great to have a fridge and kitchenette. Quiet and comfortable but the only downside is the very small shower and delicate doors which you had to manoeuvre very carefully to stop them falling off. There are quite a lot of steps but thankfully there is a small lift. A lovely stay - we would stay here again.

Fantastic central location! Room itself was clean. The kitchenette was nice (made breakfast couple of times...) stores and restaurants abound! Quiet room a +. Shower small, but efficient. Would definitely stay again if I Madrid.

Check in staff's are very helpful and prompt. Location is perfect, kitchen is equipped with basic cooking and dining stuffs, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine (which we didn't use) and it doesn't have oven for those who plan to use one. There's no lift door on the third floor where we stayed so we have to exit at the second floor and take the stairs to the third floor. There's also a television but it's not smart TV. The WiFI speed is honestly poor, we've stayed for four straight days but sadly the wifi isn't even capable for a standard 1080p media streaming, I did informed the host about this matter on the first day of our stay and was informed that their IT personnel will handle the matter but unfortunately it remains as it is until our check out. Beds and amenities are nice though you can hear footsteps and some other activities from the above floor specially at a quiet night time. Overall stay was pleasant, apart from the poor WIFi speed which doesn't meet today's standard of digital age.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, and in very easy walking distance to a number of interesting places. The WiFi signal wasn’t very good, so we had issues with internet connection, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again in the future.

It’s an excellent option if you’re visiting Madrid! The hotel is really well located in the center, 2-3 minute walk from Puerta del Sol and the metro station, it is a very busy area and yet there’s no noise inside the rooms. Staff is super kind and helpful! I would stay here again.

Great location in the centre of the city. Really easy to get around from this location. Everything is great. The kitchen is not fully equipped. We missed a breadknife, tablecloth and a cuttingboard.
