Fantastic location for a quick visit in Madrid. We walked to everything we wanted to see! Grocery nearby, all the shopping on Gran Via, museum… we had a 2 bedroom suite for our family with 2 teens. Perfect amount of space. The rooftop bar and pool were a plus for sure. A shame the pool has limited hours as we would have loved an evening dip. It’s very shallow, more like a wading pool but all you need to cool off. We loved it. Hotel staff were fabulous. Overall an excellent experience

We loved our stay at Smart Rental Gran Vía in Madrid, which exceded all our expectations. The location is right in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance from La Puerta del Sol, museo Del Prado, great shops and restaurants. The room configuration with a separate living area, kitchenette, washer and dryer makes this hotel the absolute perfect destination in Madrid. The hotel and room convenience is only surpassed by the super friendly staff which was a delight in every interaction. We were treated to complimentary white wine and an assortment of Spanish cheeses and meats, this was completely unexpected and absolutely heart warming. Based on all of this, I highly recommend Smart Rental Gran Vía in Madrid!

This hotel felt very elevated and luxurious. We enjoyed the pool overlooking the city. The location was amazing, close to all tour buses and easy access to taxi and other transportation. I would stay here again.
