The rooms are very nice but small. Very friendly staff, it is almost self service with no reception. You will ring the bell and will welcome you and show you to your room. Some noise. Good value for thew price.

I spent hours out on the cold street with my eight-year-old daughter because we couldn't get in because the proprietor never sent the email with the code to get in the door. There is no evidence whatsoever that she did this to my correct email which Expedia has!!! Instead she was at a New Year's Eve party not to be heard from! Totally unacceptable!

Although English was not spoken, I found the staff quite patient and understanding in dealing with my minimal knowledge of Spanish. The property was quiet and well maintained.

El Palacete de Almudaina está en pleno barrio de Chamberi una zona muy bien comunicada .El hotel esta a pocos minutos de la Glorieta de Bilbao donde esta una de las calles mas famosas de Madrid Fuencarral .la habitacion aunque es pequeña es silenciosa muy limpia la cama doble es comoda el cuarto de baño es limpio la Tv funciona muy bien .No faltan percheros gel de ducha jabon y toallas de todo tipo quizás pensando en verano seria conveniente una pequeña nevera por si se quuere beber agua fria o algun refresco y seria necesario en ln los meses de verano contar con aparato de aire acondicionado que en estos dias no es necesario.considerando relacion precio calidad es muy buena opcion para hospedarse y el personal muy profesional y amable po..tipoimestabucda
