My husband and I stayed here for one night before heading out to Cadiz. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly, polite and very helpful with helping us find a few places to visit in Madrid. The staff spoke English which was great for me. The breakfast was superb. The variety of food was amazing. Something for everyone there to eat. The restaurant was very clean too. Excellent place to stay and it is right next to the train station! We would absolutely stay here again.

The tv in our first room assigned was not working and I was traveling with my autistic son that needs a tv to fall asleep. The staff was very nice and helpful and immediately changed our room.
