### Newly RENOVATED and QUIET apartment in BEST NEIGHBORHOOD of MADRID

Recently renovated and furnished, cozy and quiet apartment located in a representative building, in the best area of the exclusive Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid, in the so-called Golden Mile.  
  
In this area are located the most emblematic places of this neighborhood, boutiques, shops, restaurants, the traditional Mercado de la Paz and the Retiro Park.  
  
Perfectly communicated by bus and metro - station 2 minutes walk-, it is the ideal place to visit and enjoy the city.  
  
The apartment is located on a second floor, with windows in all rooms to an interior courtyard without street noise.  
  
The building has a large portal and concierge service, from Monday to Friday from 9 to 13 hours and from 17 to 20.  
  
The apartment has been completely renovated and new furniture, appliances, kitchen furniture and sanitary ware have been installed, as well as all the equipment.  
  
It has a dining room, main bedroom with a double bed of 150 x 200 cm, and another bedroom with a bed of 90 x 200 cm. There is the possibility of installing a travel cot upon prior request.

The building has powerful central heating, and individual air conditioning units for living room and bedrooms. Likewise, there is internet connection via WiFi.

Normal check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is a late check-in supplement of €30 for arrivals outside that time, which is paid in cash upon arrival.
