Perfect location minutes from Plaza Major and the Royal Palace. Friendly staff, very welcoming. No coffee in the room, but coffee available in the lobby. There was no ac in April though it got quite warm. The only option was to open a window into an interior courtyard, which was fine except the last night when we could hear a couple arguing very loudly until 1:30 am. No sleep that night.

This place is a hidden gem. Pros: The place is very clean, staff is excellent and location is perfect. We could walk to Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor and lots of restaurants and small stores. Also, they only charge 5 euros to use the washer/dryer. Free coffee/tea all day and free wine for a few hours in the evening. 1 euro for a cup of Nespresso. We did not use the kitchen but it has everything that you need. Cons: the spring mattress for the trundle bed is too soft and very uncomfortable. There’s 4 of us and only 1 pillow per person. We asked if we could have extra pillows and was told they did not have extra pillows.

We love this place! Really comfy, remodeled and cozy, amazing location near to the Opera Station. The staff was pretty amazing too! I will definitely stay there again!
