Stayed there between Dec19-24 and Dec 28-30 both times used 1 bedroom. Location was good and staff was friendly, also fast check in. But room condition was subpar. Floor cracked, visible wall patches, stained sofa. TV has only a few channels. Even if you bring your own fire stick, you can’t use it. Inconsistency in amenities. First room used coffee pod , but second room used traditional filter coffee. I ended up throwing away my coffee pods when stayed second time. It’s all relative. If your family is used to Residence Inn quality, this is well below. Would not stay again now that I know how to move around in Madrid.

The apartment was a good size with a small balcony area & x2 sets of French doors. As it was very hot in Madrid during our stay the air conditioning was most welcome. The staff working at the facility were helpful and we were reassured by the fact staff were on site 24/7. Noise wasn’t an issue as we knew it would be both noisy and lively due to the apartment being located in the centre of a capital city. Some of the furniture in the apartment is rather worn & dated and would benefit from upgrading, although it didn’t impact our overall stay.
