"Hard Rock Madrid was located in a great area, still accessible to all the tourism but far enough from the crowds. The food was good and the staff was helpful. They placed us in the quiet area of the hotel which was nice. Rooms are a bit small and There is no ramp for your luggage, that would be my only concern."
