Very clean room and convenient location. Staying in La Latina was exactly what we were looking for - more of a neighborhood where restaurants are filled with locals, while still just a pleasant 20 min walk to the city center.

Great location for walking throughout Madrid! Staff were very accommodating and communicated well. A place to put soap/shampoo in the shower coild he helpful, but the shower heads are great! We loved the tiny balcony late at night.

Javier at the front desk was excellent. Check-in was seamless. Booked here for location and the kitchen. Location was great. Kitchen had utensils but nothing to clean with...no sponge, no dish cloth, no towel.? Room service very spotty. Minor complaints...overall a good experience.

Great location, easily walkable to most places in Madrid. Close to some great coffee places, bars and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the bathroom, plenty of space but only one tiny vanity and no shelves for toiletries. There was also a persistent smell in the bathroom during our whole stay and the fan didn’t seem to work which meant the bathroom was always a little damp.

Great location and helpful staff. Only issue for us was as we had luggage and stroller that we need to take out every time, we had to take stairs as at entrance there are like 10 stairs and our ground floor room also, we had another 5-6 stairs.
