Location is convenient and short walk to the Gran Via. Rooms are clean and simple. Bathroom is small but comfortable. Big space for a solo traveller. Complimentary water which was a simple and needed touch after a long flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay! The room was compact but clean and everything we needed, we had a room with a terrace which was spacious and again clean. The staff where helpful and polite. The location was amazing. Would 100% recommend this hotel. Only thing that would have been great is a small fridge in the room.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Pros: Room was really clean and had constant room cleaning daily. Cons: the rooms are extremely small and claustrophobic. The windows/ curtains are see through which was not great to be worried about others seeing me getting changed. The bathroom/shower is see through, so not ideal if you are sharing with a friend. Staff aren’t particularly friendly. It’s not value for money for what is provided In general, wouldn’t recommend this place.
