This place was pretty cool, the room was very clean, cute and comfortable. The best think was the privacity there and the location because it is near the subway. I just had a little problem with the hot water in the shower, I had to wait long time to use it but nothing serious. I recommend this place to stay a hundred percent.

I got a basic room and it was right next the shared bathroom - which means I could hear all the time people using the bathroom. On top of this the entire Hostal smells really bad especially at the morning. The room itself was a basic one so I was not expecting anything but cleanness was disappointing. There were lots of hair on the floor, the towels and duvet were not on point, I want to believe they were washed before but with spots here and there. The bathroom was always not clean neither which make it impossible to use, plus the fact that both in the morning and at night was always busy.

Lo que tiene bueno, medianamente esq que esta en un sitoo medianamente tranquilo con buena combinación de metro. Pero las habitaciones olian a húmedo, las sabanas tenian una mancha grisacea muy rara..pero lo peor es que se escuchaba completamente todo de las habitaciones de al lado, pero todo es todo, oia roncar perfectamente a la señora de la habitación de al lado. A las 1 y media de la madrugada una señora hablando fuertecito en su habitación montando un espectáculo en la planta, se oia retumbando...Pero cuidado que lo peor es la atención al cliente por parte del hotel. Nos dejaban en la calle, llegabamos mas tarde de las 22.00 al hotel despues de todo el dia viajando y te digan que no se hacen responsable de nada que lo sienten, que no pueden hacer nada, que sus turnos han terminado y que no nos devuelven ni un euro...tuviemos que buscar a alguien que no estuviera en la otra punta de España y se acercara a Madrid a recoger las llaves para no quedarnos sin alojamiento , sin tiempo para reaccionar, todo esto ocurrio la misma mañana. Despues la recepcionista no decía ni Buenas...y un par de veces salgo de mi habitacion y literalmente a un metro de mi puerta un niño tumbado en el suelo jugueteando y otroa sentado con el movil también..(tenían pinta de ser hijos de la recepcionista)...que por cierto no espere que te reciba mas alla de las 6 de la tarde, ya ha terminado su turno. Ni un Buenas tardes, ni un gracias ni un nada. No recomiendo en absoluto, además de barato nada.

La vista estuvo preciosa, el cuarto muy amplio. Creo que le falta mucha señalización porque fue algo complicado encontrar el hostal. La recepción es algo agradable aunque es importante que consideren que solo hay 1 persona en el turno de la mañana y otra en turno de la tarde y ellas hacen todo reciben, limpian, hacen check entre otras cosas.

La comunicación para nuestro check-in fue muy mala, no respondían mensajes. Hay una tarifa de 15 euros por hacer check-in tardío y por guardar el equipaje 5 euros. La habitación estaba bien pero las toallas y almohadas se veían muy viejas. La ubicación era buena.

Lo único bueno ha sido la ubicación. En la habitación no había ni espejo. La primera vez que pregunté por una manta extra me dijeron que no, tuve que medio imponerme para que me dieran algo extra con que pasarme para no pasar frio. el jabón del baño es de mala calidad y las toallas también. Es caro para la calidad del alojamiento.

El lugar cumple la relación costo-beneficio. Buena ubicación, cerca de metro iglesia. Esta en el 5to nivel, si funciona el elevador, pero si no, si fuera un problema. Fui con mi novia, 3 noches. En general bien, solo para descansar y dormir por la noches. Solo el colchon, algo incomodo.
