Bad area
The area was so rough (dirty, suspect, dodgy) and it was the worst town I have seen in Spain in 7 years the I actually drove around and decided to book another hotel near the airport. Sorry.. but the photo maybe great but the town is a garbage dump.

Affordable and convenient but taxi's can be pricey
So we stayed there for about a week one room with a queen size bed. There's a TV, nice bathroom and they clean it everyday really well. The WiFi is spotty so it's not super strong but it's better than nothing. We requested a non-smoking room but just a heads up, many people in Madrid smoke so there were a few nights where the smoke came into our room. Try and ask the front desk to make sure that you can get away from the smoke. We had a heater/Air conditioner in our room so we were able to fan out the air day to day so it was manageable. There are buses nearby, the 282 and 341 that bring you to Madrid and it was all pretty manageable. Getting into town was affordable. The only drawback cost-wise, is that getting a taxi back to the hotel from the city late at night will cost a lot. If you had a hotel in the city center, it will probably be a lot easier to get home after a late night. So just be mindful of that. For us, it was still worth it because we only went out late for 3 nights. Other then that, I really liked our stay. Its a clean hotel and you can get to the city from its location.

Great option very close to Madrid Center!
Great option! I stayed there with my mom and sister, at first we where a little scared of the distance from Madrid Center but it is just 20 minutes if you leave early. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful, and we would be back with no problem. The only "detail" is that the ceiling is VERY short and given this it got kind of tired to rather walk bended or get used to hit your head... no kidding :) But we would book again without hesitation! It was a great choice.

Madrid on a budget
This Hostal gives very good value for money with no frills. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. If you are a light sleeper this place could be problem for you as its right under the flight path into Madrid Airport. We used the cafe bar next door when we were there which was reasonable for coffee and tostada but more expensive if drinking wine and having an evening meal although we ordered way too much tapas.

quantity hotel in cute little town
although classified as a hostal this really is a hotel. Each room has a private bathroom, and there are quite a lot of rooms. This is about 20 min from Madrid center, but is situated in an awesome little town. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance... Places close at 2pm and reopened around 5. Hotel staff were nice and helpful.

Very small room
We enjoyed being in Mejorada del Campo, with easy access to Madrid. Hostal was well located with good parking. However, room was way too small for 2 people. Would not recommend to a tall person,

Nice stay.
Probably it was a room for smokers but the room was ver good for us. This is located in the center of city.The street in front of Hotel was decorated for some holidays. We have enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks.

Alright stay.
I booked a night stay at this hotel with Hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel and tried to check in the receptionist said my information wasn't available I had to call hotels.com so that they can send them a confirmation email. That had never happened before and I hope it doesn't happen again. The A/C in the room was at 20 degrees Celsius. I couldn't move the temperature and coming from Miami being used to hot temperature A/C is a must. At this location I had to sleep with the windows open. Aside from that everything was ok.

Anyhow the maximum you can change is to 18 degrees Celsius, which is very cold. Excellent value!
Very impressed with this hotel! I just needed a clean place to stay in a safe area with parking & wifi, to be reasonably close to the airport for a morning flight. This hotel was everything they advertised- everything worked perfect including the AC & the wifi, and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Therefore the value - what I got for what I paid was extremely high. Good location - many restaurants & shops nearby. Much appreciated!

Good Value Budget Hotel
Budget hotel and good value. A little spartan and worn at the edges but nonetheless comfortable. Seemed to be run by two charming gentlemen who were multilingual and very helpful. Small town with many facilities for food and general shopping. Easy access to Madrid by road. Very awkward access to garage parking. Lift access to all floors. Food and drink machine in the lobby.

Nos cobraron 11 € por dejar el coche en su parking, un segundo subterráneo de muy mal acceso. El Hostal está en una plaza peatonal sin aparcamientos cercanos y nosotros llebabamos a una persona con minusvalía. Estabamos hospedados en la habitacion 105 y desde dentro se olía el humo de los cigarrillos.

No vale todo
Había fiestas ese fin de semana y nadie nos informó tuvimos una orquesta debajo de la ventana ,cuando llegamos y lo vimos pedí por favor un cambio de habitación y no me lo ofreció solo me mintió el chico de recepción diciendo que a las 24:00 h. Acababa la música y termino a las 05:30 de la madrugada no pudimos dormir en toda la noche .
