As a result we were not able to store our bags on arrival and had to do alternative plans that were otherwise not needed, adding extra work and spend we didn't want. Once we managed to get in touch with the property they were super helpful and really nice but just make sure you get all the details and contact prior to arrival. Property: The property was excellent. 2 adults and 2 children fit perfectly fine with the sofa bed and you can put the bed away if you want floor space. We moved the table to the balcony and we used the swimmingpool every morning and afternoon before going out to the city, a must in the summer. It was quiet at night and the access to and from the airport is super easy with lines 8 and 6 connecting. There is a supermarket metres away which makes everything very convenient and we had an amazing plato del dia meal in the restaurants nearby that was fantastic. There is a subway station 20m from property, supermarket a few steps from the building g, reataurants arc. Station was in front of the flat. It was clean. Was a very good base for a family of four to explore Madrid Central location meant it was equidistant to Atocha and Charmartin stations. Taxi rides to and from places were inexpensive. Flat was on second floor facing the street which was ok for us to watch the Mardid life.
