The room was huge and the bed comfortable, the breakfast buffet very complete, close to the train station but to the other side of the track, is not inside Tres Cantos, so go to walk around the town was not that easy. If you have a car it will be a plus

Very spacious rooms, clean, bidet, bathtub, shower, plenty of towels. Overall this is a very good hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet with good choice, hot food (typical), selection of cheeses and cold cuts, etc. Close to the train station. I was not disappointed!

This property was wonderful The only complaint was the outside of the property did not match the inside. The inside is immaculate. Also, this is a place to say if you want to be in Tres Cantos, not Madrid. I stayed to visit family friends. Great spot!

Generally l can recommend this hotel. kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly for breakfast. It was clean and big enough room. Location is little far away from downtown but it was not big issue because there is train station next to hotel and uber come very quick. Only negative thing is bed in the room. We requested double size bed they gave us double size bed but it was 2 single bed instead of 1 double size so it was not comfortable to sleep. The beds has nothing that keeps them together so if you sleeping with your spouse or significant other l suggest to keep the beds separated because one of you guys will fall in the middle of them beds.

Ice was forming…

Well upon arrival the hotel appeared quiet for such a large hotel. Our room was love.y and spacious however it was freezing. The thermostat was blinking and it was stated we needed to seek maintenance. When we went to the front desk to explain we were told there were not other rooms however they would bring us a heater. Now we have been in the car for 6.5 hours and an early departure the next day. We were beat. We eventually received the heaters and while we tried they were not effective and we were wearing layers, using our extra blankets from home and toques. I asked my husband if he would please ask again if there was another room available as this was not fixing the issue. Now interesting enough there was a free room across the hall. Now being lied to about the availability of rooms is a disgrace. This hotel is massive and there was no way the hotel was sold out. Our sleep was effected in addition to unnecessary stress from a simple room change. Paying for a night where we could not even relax and sleep was unfortunate as we could have stayed at many other locations. We now know we will not be returning to this hotel nor will be recommending it to anyone.

Many Disappointments

I do not know where to start. Upon check-in I asked for a calm room. Despite this, I got a room facing the motorway. Although other rooms of the same category were available, staff did not want to help me with my request to change the room. In line with that, the statement of the hotel that they would have well isolated windows is a false statement. Being in my room having the windows closed, one can hear traffic very clearly. While the room was supposed to have a bathtub, it had a shower with no curtain or glass wall or anything. When taking a shower, the room was usually completely flooded since the floor was missing a slope to the drain. Upon check-in I was handed a card that stated the times of breakfast. For no understandable reason, the real times differed significantly (breakfast served until 10am instead of 11:30am) from the times that were handed to me. Furthermore, I completely dislike that a four star hotel (self-) serves coffee and juices at breakfast exclusively in disposable cups. At the event I participated, I recognized that staff closed and locked emergency exit doors which I consider absolutely not acceptable when having >200 people in a souterrain room. Also, one of the elevators repetetively went out of service, which seems a minor issue as compared to the issues mentioned above. The surroundings of the hotel are not very pedestrian friendly. When approaching the hotel from the train station, muddy path. Never again for me. Cannot recommend.
