We like the location and the staffs are all very friendly. Only one thing we don't really like is there were ants in the countertop and although we killed few but continuing showing every days not too much but just a negative point.

Spacious room with great amenities. Really convenient to have a grocery shop below. A little bit of noise at night but they did give free earplugs. Walking distance to Atocha Train station and close to metro stop. Overall good value for money if you want to be out of the main city area.

The apartment was in a great location. I only wish there was a taxi service that would actually drive to the property from the train station. Managing luggage on cobblestone street was quite the workout. We were able to be picked up by a taxi service on our way home. This would have been very convenient if that same taxi service can be recommended by staff ahead of time.

Nice space and good location. But, if you are used to the comfort and convenience of a regular hotel, with a normal check-in process, 24-hour reception, a hot breakfast, daily housekeeping, etc., look elsewhere.

The room was very clean, well equipped and added details like earplugs, coffee, milk and a good size bottle of water. They responded my queries promptly and helpful. I was able to leave my cases before checking time at no extra charge. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy access to building and room. Short walk from Atocha station, lots of buses and metro station close by.

We chose this place because of the vicinity to a conference at Museo Reina Sofia, but it is also in walking distance to all other attractions in the city center. It was clean and practical with everything we needed. A bit traffic noise (but ear plugs were provided)

Communication and staff excellent. Very clean. Location is good. First floor studio VERY noisy as regards the traffic, hence the earplugs provided. I was fortunately able to move to the fourth floor, thank you. Would recommend.

Why Aspasios Sofia in Madrid Gets Everything Right ✅️ I highly recommend Aspasios Sofia. It's not just a place to sleep—it's a functional, stylish base. From digital door locks to fluffy bath sheets, here's why. Digital door locks: No lobby waits. No physical key to lose. Just a code you punch in. The same applied to our apt door. No need for keys or key cards. Pure autonomy. The kitchen: The fridge kept milk fresh all week. The coffee maker fueled lazy mornings before the Prado. And the fully stocked cabinets (sharp knives, proper pots) meant we actually cooked. The washing machine (yes, it's confusing): Worth having for packing light, but bring patience—or WhatsApp the concierge. Big towels & toiletries: Thick bath sheets that cocoon you. Wall-mounted shampoo/conditioner save plastic and suitcase space. Plus a full ironing board. Location (Barrio de las Letras): Walkability is a perfect 10. Prado Museum in 7 minutes. Retiro Park in 10. Plaza Mayor in 12-15. No Metro needed. The area is very safe. I went out at 11:30 at night searching for food and felt completely safe. In the daytime is very busy but was very quiet at night. For the savvy traveler: digital security, big towels, a real kitchen, and Madrid on a silver platter. Book it. You won't regret it.
