"This was our third stay at this hotel and no regrets. Glad we chose the full haram facing room. Rooms are clean and the staff is very responsive and helpful. The close proximity to the Haram entrance gate is the highlight of this hotel, along with the many convenient shops inside the complex. Lastly, the daily breakfast was always something to look forward to!"

"This hotel is literally brand new and high end finishes. Everything was perfect. I travel from US typically 3-4 times a year. Madinah hotels usually I find (relative to Makkah Haram) somewhat dated, worn out furniture, smelly carpet and sometimes clogged drains, all of this is changed in my mind now and InshaAllah plan on staying in this hotel each time. Hope they maintain the standards."

"My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. We only eat breakfast and lunch once and they charge #689 Riyal for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Over all i will recommend the hotel for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medinah."
