Stayed one night, it was good overall. Does the job, room was clean. It is far from the masjid al Nabawi, that is the one downside. I would recommend staying closer, but this is a good cheap option. Staff were nice

had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. Most of them refused to speak English and would only reply in Arabic, often in a mocking tone. Room was poor
