He didn’t show any courtesy. We showed up early to the hotel “before the check in time” and he didn’t put any effort into getting us a room before the allowed time. He was very unprofessional and every 10 minutes he would go and stand in front of the hotel and smoke a cigarette. The bell man and the greeters were awesome but Tahseen treated them like they were nothing. Overall the location is and clean but there is basically no management. In my line of work I oversee over 480 employees and I can tell you this hotel has one of the worst management I have ever seen. Although I booked a room for a single person, I was given a room with four beds and told at check-in that no single rooms were available. Things got worse on my third day when, right after returning from Friday prayers, a staff member who barely spoke English called and told me to pack up quickly because I was being moved to a different room. I had no prior notice, and it was all rushed and unprofessional. The new room itself was fine, but unfortunately, there were children on that floor constantly knocking on my door, which made it impossible to rest—especially between important prayer times like Jumma and Asr. When I went to the front desk to share my concerns, the same young staff member simply shrugged and said the manager wasn’t available and he couldn’t do anything. Overall, I found the communication poor and the handling of guests quite unprofessional.
