This is a great little hotel in a very convenient location. The view of the bridge is spectacular and it's very close to a number of dining and shopping options.
Very clean well maintained vintage/historic motel (dating back to 50s/60s as I understand it). My parents stayed here on a vacation in mid 60s. It is close to beach park with great views of macinac island and bridge and convenient location for local restaurants and island ferries.
Perfect location with beautiful view of the lake and bridge. While it is an older hotel, it was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Highly recommend!
Location was good, especially for the view of the Mackinac Bridge (night view was great). Was easy to get too from Shepler ferry location. Cute, rustic quaint little Motel. Well kept. Pool looked great, didn’t use it because too cold to swim but did look at it.
Perfect location with great views of the Mackinac Bridge. It was an easy walk to everything in town, including the ferry dock. The room was very clean. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
George, at the front desk, was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The location was excellent. We were close to the bridge, next to the lake and a park, and within walking distance of restaurants. The staff arranged the shuttle to the ferry to Mackinac Island. This property met our needs.
Very cute hotel with a Spectacular water view and the Bridge. Its right next to the Lighthouse, and walking to The Fort. There is Easy access to the water. Nice pool area. Mini fridge in room, but no microwave. Not until we checked out, did I see a microwave for all to use, by the office. Wish I knew sooner
The proximity to the Bridge was amazing for sunset/sunrise views. The room was small, but perfect for a one night stay as a solo traveler. Bed was decent and my mark of any good hotel - sleep timer on the TV- check, and decent pillows - check.
The outside is dated which is cool. It gives the old time hotel vibe. The rooms are updated and very clean. The view of the bridge is awesome. We only stayed overnight so didn't get a chance to check things out. Hope to get back so we can and I would definitely stay here again.
