What a wonderful place to stay! The cabins are well maintained and comfortable. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to Shepler's Ferry for our ride to Mackinac Island as well as to many restaurants and stores in town. We enjoyed our stay!

The staff were polite & helpful upon check-in. Room was relatively clean; a few cobwebs in the corners and my husband found a small bug beneath one of his pillows. Room was very quiet & conveniently located for the ferry to Mackinac Island. A second garbage can in the room would have been useful.

It was my first time to Mackinaw City & Island for my birthday. I searched several hotels in the area then found Cabins at Mackinaw, it was easy and convenient for a reservation. All the staff was friendly and courteous. When I saw the cabin it was exquisite, clean and well-maintained. I was totally satisfied with the cabin it completed my first time experience to Mackinaw City. If anyone is looking for a great getaway in Mackinaw City & Island I'd highly recommend these cabins, you won't be disappointed. Plus, its within walking distance to the ferry when the time comes to visit the island.

didn't actually get to stay in cabins it was more hotel with the same wood, very damp and smelly. hot tub fine for feet but would not put my body in, water park was cute, i wasn't traveling with children so didn't use.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good, and I had a pleasant experience. However, I believe they should pay a little more attention to cleanliness. The bathroom was a bit dirty, and the shower curtain had a terrible smell and visible mold. Other than that, everything was good. With better attention to cleaning and maintenance, the experience could be even better.

Our cabin was wonderful. For the most part the room was in good repair, but overall the property needs a little TLC as a whole. Our housekeeper, Trev, made sure the room was clean, and the front desk was helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and getting to the ferry. Parking was a bit interesting in front of the cabins. Would stay here again, especially with kids (they enjoyed the floorplan).

If it is just u and another person staying, only a single room . It is not a cabin. It is a whole in a wall. Never got to use the gym or pool, didn't have time . The staff was wonderful, very helpful. Don't get reservations from Expedia they will try to rip you off.

Great location on the Mackinaw strip. Close to the ferry. Water park was nice, outdoor pool was pretty dirty and had a lot of chemicals in it. Cabin had a lot of room.

Small cabin with two beds and a full bathroom. The cabins are packed right next to eachother and located on the main street of macinaw city. It may be a cabin, but you are not in the woods, lol. Some of the cabins allow dogs. The carpet was meh. It was basic, and had a mini fridge, no microwave. The highlight was access to the little indoor waterpark. My four year loved it! It was perfect size for her and the water was shallow. It was also freezing cold, but thata ok because when you are cold you can spend some time in the giant hot tub. The cabin was adequate, no frills... but the waterpark made the evening.

Not a “Cabin” but a wood filled hotel room. Location was great but the room was Very dated with dirty old carpet and a blue shower with mold around the edges. Water park area was also not well maintained and only open from 2pm until 10pm. Kids had a good time so I gave it a couple stars.

Inside was not clean. Cobwebs hanging all around the windows, ceiling , windows very dirty. I went out and bought glass cleaner and paper towel. Cleaned 3 of the windows in living area. The area rug was very filthy . Only thing positive was linens were clean, beds comfortable. bathroom ok . Smart TV didn't work. Staff tried to fix it but no lucky. Outside is clean and they were busy doing fall painting. Good to See.

I highly recommend these lovely cabins. Great location in the heart of Mackinaw. We had an electrical issue in the room we booked and the staff kindly upgraded us to a chalet which made for a really enjoyable stay.
