"I usually won’t leave a negative review but I felt this was warranted. Sadly it’s run down. The hallways smell like mildew. Our room has brown spots down the bathroom wall by the light switch. The base boards we so dusty. The shower had mold the ceiling had water damage and mold. The base of the bed that touched the floor was very dirty. The lamps shades were cracked and had brown spots on them and the metal part was rusty. Staff was very nice. Given the condition of our room we did not try the breakfast. "

"We were there one night and leaving for a cruise the next morning. Breakfast, sleep and overall stay was ok. Really convenient for us by being close to the port and reasonably priced."

"Basic Motel, still thought it was a bit pricey for what you got. Not much more than a Red Roof Inn. Beds were terrible, somehow our do not disturb sign vanished from the door so we got maids banging on the door. Then when we said no thank you, we never saw them the rest of the stay. Small room, even for 3 people. Would be perfect for a contractor looking for a cheap bed for the night while passing through. Not great for a family, or ANYONE staying more than 1 night."

"We had a great one-night stay in Tampa with two rooms for our group of four. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Everything was provided, the hotel was nice, and the staff left us alone while still being helpful. We were very satisfied. Would definitely recommend. "

"The heated pool was great. We have a small dog that needs insulin 2 times a day so being able to bring her with is was a must. Thank You"

"I wish we had more time to enjoy this space. It was comfortable and nice. Tampa is very spread out and we went many places and this place was convenient, but with a car. (Thats a Tampa thing) close to good food, and bars, and grocery store. Neighborhood felt safe. On the rare days that the weather is cool or cold, dont get the pool heated. Theyll let you know in advance it wont get warmer than a few degrees over ambient temp, so its not a surprise. The pool area was very nice, so if you're going when its warmer. You'll probably enjoy it. The host responded to questions quickly and we didnt have any issues. "
