"The property is perfect for large groups, whether friends, family, or work colleagues- which was the case for me. Housing a number of non-related adults can get awkward when it comes to everyone having enough space, but this house was perfect. Enough communal space for us to enjoy meals together and have focused working sessions, but also enough rooms for us to each have our own space and be able to decompress without being on top of each other. Had we been traveling with children, my guess is they never would have wanted to leave - all of the on-site activities were a blast. Having two full kitchens and full-sized washer/dyer on site was invaluable as well. The property was immaculate when we arrived, both inside and out. The communication with property management was professional and easy. The proximity to downtown Tampa and MacDill was perfect for our purposes, and there are grocery stores less than 5 minutes away making stocking the full kitchens a breeze. Highly Recommend this property! "

"The hosts are amazing, they were always available when we had questions. Responded in a timely manner, I appreciate them. Comfortable and cozy beds, cute condo. It was a bit out of the way of attractions but definitely everything is within day trip distance. Highly recommend getting a rental car if you plan to site see. Shoes are not allowed , which is fine, we do not wear shoes in our home either but the carpets and rugs are dirty and stained so it felt uncomfortable wearing no shoes in the house. All in all, hosts are amazing ! Downfall, the carpets and rugs were a turn off for my family. But to each their own . "

"This house was so cute and perfect for our stay, I had my 2 children, and parents with me! Cute space for everyone. We had a our own bedrooms, 1 bathroom that was great for all, cute little kitchen, and a laundry room! I had great communication with the owner and she was helpful, and quick with her responses. I will definitely be looking for this again in the future!Location wise I was close to the air force base and the gandy and selmon! Definitely recommend! Sharla- "
