Room was excellent for my needs. Very clean. Friendly staff. Steep stairs were only issue if a guest has difficulty on stairs.

Excellent!

The hotel is a few hundred meters from Maastricht station. All the amenities are on your door step. The staff are very helpfull and courtious. I planted a tree in line with the hotels eco-friendliness. I will use again.

Pleasant stay in Maastricht

Excellent room with very comfortable bed. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff very pleasant. Worst part was climb up the stairs. It is not for anyone with mobility issues.

Great hotel in best location

Stationstratt is our favourite part of Maastricht and the hotel is located on the best part of the street. The bar is fantastic and the vibe brilliant. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We electric use this hotel again when we visit our son and daughter in law.

Die Bilder sprechen für sich.

Hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer, nicht zur Str. gebeten. Erhielten ein primitives Dachzimmer, mit kleinen Dachfenstern, die nur mit aus der Küche geholten Handtüchern verdunkelt werden konnten. In der Nacht stellte sich heraus, dass das Zimmer doch an einer Seite zur Str. hinausging und es sehr laut war, allerdings auch durch die primitiven Fenster - Dachluken aus den 50er Jahren. Eine kaputte Scheibe war mit breitem braunem Klebeband versiegelt! Zudem waren die Dachbalken auf Stirnhöhe. Sehr gefährlich, wenn man nachts schlaftrunken zur Toilette musste. Das Zimmer hatte absolut kein Hotelniveau!!

De gastvrijheid is geweldig. Iedereen is vriendelijk en denkt met je. Een heerlijke douche en ruime familiekamer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk ( en veel!!) Een waterkoker en prullenbak op de kamer zou prettig zijn.

Clean, comfortable and ideally situated.

Clean, comfortable and ideally situated. The four-bed room on the top floor is spacious and calm, and even has a sofa. I knew from reading reviews that there is a narrow flight of stairs to climb with your suitcase to get there, so if this is not a problem for you, it is worth it! The bar below is also very nice, offering huge tasty breakfasts (not included) and a good selection of beers. The only negative point was the lack of information and a rather cold welcome, but this may be a cultural misinterpretation on my behalf.

Het hotel was over het geheel genomen ok. Wel vond ik het teleurstellend dat het hotel geen eenpersoonstarief kent. Ik heb voor een tweepersoonskamer betaald. De prijs daarvan was heel redelijk. De kamer was klein met uitzicht op een muur en met hinderlijk geluid van een airco gedurende de hele nacht. Als het raam dicht was, was er niets te horen, maar bij tropische temperaturen zoals in deze zomer (2018) was dat geen doen. De kamer was wel schoon en mooi gerenoveerd. Locatie is prima.

Prima verblijf in de stad tijdens congres

Kleine kamer, maar is schoon en heeft prima bed. Douche is een beetje krap en heeft een weinig krachtige waterstraal. Raam kan gelukkig open, dus voldoende frisse lucht. Geringe hoeveelheid straatgeluiden doordeweeks op de 2e verdieping.

Great Location, Lively Atmoshere.

Excellent care, great food, wonderful service. Located near Train station on a main street. Staff arrived early to make breakfast for our departure. Room was comfortable and warm, towels were replaced daily.

Convenient location

Very close to the Maastricht central train station. Public bus stop is only a minute walk away. My room was at third floor and it was very narrow staircase; there was no lift. Room was spacious but there was a large wooden beam in the centre of the room; banged my head a few times- could be very dangerous at night. This large wooden structure was running from one wall to the other and it was in the centre of the room. Every time I would move in the room I had to bend to avoid my head hitting it. Bath room sink was almost clogged. Heating was very good. Can I alert all potential travellers to please 'mind your head' if you are given a room like this and keep reminding yourself of this dangerous wooden structure, so that you don't hurt yourself.

The location was amazing! The room was clean and nice. However the rooms are located over a bar/pub so if you plan to sleep it's not the place, it is very loud until the pub closes at 1am!

Not recommended if you are traveling with big luggage as the hotel does not have an evaluator. We are been allocated to the top floor and it’s a huge challenge to bring two big heavy luggage up and down the steep staircase.

Great location in Wijck

Great location to discover the lovely city of Maastricht. Parking on street is free after 6 pm to 8 am. And you can park behind the train station for a reasonable fee. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and it is 66 narrow steps to get to the attic floor family room. City center and great food as well as public transportation are in walking distance. And the pub kind of local on the ground floor is great. Bathroom is a little outdated but has all you need.
