Just outside Lyon, this holiday rental for 4 people offers all the comfort and amenities you need for a wonderful stay! With direct access from the A46 highway, exit 15 (Marennes)—about 4 km away—and then taking the D152, you’ll arrive at the “La Grande Terre” holiday rental, located southeast of Lyon in the Viennois Balmes, halfway between Lyon and Vienne. Ghislaine and Eric, the owners, will be delighted to welcome you to this single-story semi-detached villa (55 m²), freshly renovated in 2025, with no direct line of sight to the immediate neighbour. Ideally located, it is 500 m from the town centre and all its amenities, 400 m from the Château de la Tour and its large park with a playground, and less than 1 km from the fitness trail, the pump track, and the town’s protected natural area. Numerous walking and hiking trails start right from the village. Access to the cottage is via an outdoor staircase. Inside, you’ll enjoy the spacious 32 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, bathed in light thanks to its south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area features a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) that sleeps 2 people. The east-facing bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be converted into one large double bed (160 cm), with an adjoining walk-in closet for ample storage. The bedding provided is hotel-quality, and some bed linens are also included. A comfortable bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine/dryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete this functional and welcoming accommodation. For your comfort in both winter and summer, the cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning, solar-powered roller shutters in every room, and window screens. The property also features a video intercom and a water softener. A travel cot is available upon request. This is a smoke-free cottage. On sunny days, you can enjoy a 40 m² tiled terrace, partially covered, with patio furniture, a large umbrella, and a barbecue. Unobstructed view of the village.
