Consisting of 9 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the accommodation area is 340m². The house includes a garden, a gym and a meeting room. The kitchen is fully equipped, Refrigerators, Microwaves, Cooktops, Coffee makers ... You will have two parking spaces. The accommodation is quietly located in the heart of the historic Gratte-Ciel district. \*\* HOUSING \*\* The house has been completely renovated. It is spacious and comfortable for a group of 15 people maximum. Be sure to give us the exact number of people when making your reservation. We offer a hotel-type service for bed linen, towels and bath sheets. The house has 6 Bedrooms with 140cm x 200cm double beds and 3 Bedrooms with 120cm x 190cm beds. The garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors in fine weather. It is strictly forbidden to smoke and vape inside the house. The property is very clean and well-equipped, with plenty of space to spread out. It is close to two supermarkets as well as other shops and the metro into the centre. It was easy to access from the airport using the tram / metro. Getting into the centre of Lyon was also quick. The owner was helpful and gave us plenty of information.
