Château de Montclair

For a night, a weekend or several days, take a break and stay at the Domaine de Montclair gîte in Pommiers in the Beaujolais region. Very easy to get to, 30 minutes from Lyon and 6 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône, you're sure to fall in love as soon as you step through the gate at the entrance to the property. At the end of the tree-lined driveway stands the Château and its outbuildings. With its acres of vines, the residence is set in parkland designed to invite you to take a stroll. It also boasts exceptional facilities: a Dutch greenhouse, a tennis court, a vast winery and spacious reception rooms. Still in the same family since 1883, its current owners, Sophie and Olivier, continue the vocation of this house by offering a warm welcome in a centuries-old setting and invite you to rediscover the joyful atmosphere of a family home where time seems to stand still. On site, they offer 1 Gîte renovated with great care and respect for the original character. Ground floor: summer kitchen/dining room, then upstairs, large dining room and sitting room with fireplace. Upstairs: 6 bedrooms, including 2 suites. All bedrooms have en suite facilities. - 1st floor: 1 family suite with 2 bedrooms: the Madeleine and Emeric Suite can accommodate up to 4 people. - 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 family suite: the Chambre Benoît (2 people), the Chambre Marie (2 people and possibility of an extra bed for 1 child), the family suite which includes the Chambre Catherine and Maïe (4 people). TV on request. Extensive wooded grounds of 6 ha. Tennis court. Parking on the property. Outdoor games: table tennis, swings, boules, football table, football cages... Breakfast available: €5/person.
