Consisting of 10 large rooms, the total area of ​​the house is 260 m² plus a terrace of 60 m². For your comfort you will have 4 Bathrooms and 3 toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped: Refrigerators, Microwaves, Coffee makers, Hotplates, Oven ... It is quietly located in the heart of the historic district of Gratte-Ciel, the metro station is 400m. \*\* HOUSING \*\* The house has been completely renovated. It is spacious and comfortable for a group of up to 15 people. Be sure to give us the exact number of people when making your reservation. We offer a hotel type service for bed linen, towels and bath towels. The landscaped terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors on sunny days. It is strictly forbidden to smoke and vapote inside the house. In order to be able to offer a "non-smoking" accommodation to the following travelers, please follow this rule carefully. Smokers will have to go out and enjoy the terrace which is very nice :-). The house also has a very high speed internet connection (Fiber). There is no parking possible in the enclosure of the house. We were six teens and six adults – the house easily accommodated us, including each of the teens having a separate bedroom and the bathroom layout working well. Just blocks from the Carrefour, we were able to shop easily and then use the well-equipped kitchen. The Gratte-Ciel metro stop is blocks away and allows for a quick 10 minute ride into central Lyon and the Old Town. One day, we even did the walk which was just about 3 miles - a great way to see the city. The host Myriam was responsive and very helpful. We arrived early on our flight from Geneva and she kindly accommodated our early check-in. Making for a much easier transition to the house and the city for a few days.
