The room was very spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The shower was appropriate sized (vs those tiny tube sized showers in most of Europe). We did not hear others around us and slept well. We took advantage of the valet parking and truly appreciated that. We were able to easily walk and venture into Lyon from the location and felt very safe in our surroundings. The pillows were incredibly flat so I recommend asking for more. Easy fix

This Mercury was very good quality for the price of the room . Traveling with a tween can be challenging to find accommodation but the rooms with double beds were spacious and well equipped. The hotel is only a 15 minutes walk from the commercial heart of the city and to a lot of dining options.

I only stayed a night but the room was nice. There is a nice ceiling style showerhead. Gym is limited in terms of weights. Brunch is 20.50 euros and solid. Overall, pleasant stay.

Family friendly and comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms, incredibly friendly staff, clean and great location to walk to all areas of Lyon. Pool is smaller than we expected but children still had fun. The only thing I would suggest is that they check their a/c, they worked but they were turned up during the day and when we returned we had to lower the temperature down and it took time to cool down. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure.

Nice, clean hotel. They offer excellent breakfast. Very polite staff, fluent in english. Couple of minor things in the room: bathroom door wasn’t locking, needed adjustment, safe wasn’t working, but since we were staying just one night i did not bother to ask for fix or assistance, i recommend this hotel.
