Extremely friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out. Rooms are terrible. This hotel needs a renovation. I do not for a second think this is a 5-star hotel, more like 4 star place. Good location. If you come in and sleep and depart, it's ok.

Everything was perfect! The location is very central, within walking distance of the attractions and shopping streets. We loved the design of the hotel - the lobby, the corridors, the room and the restaurant. The room is spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable. All the time we were surrounded by staff members who gave perfect service. We would love to come back!
