The apartment was spacious and a great base for us in Avignon. There are many dining and market options nearby. Hosts were great and easy to contact if needed. The only thing to be aware of is that parking in the area is quite difficult (for much of old Avignon). We enjoyed the air conditioning the hotel had to offer in the rooms AAA we happened to hit a warm spell at the time of our visit. The lobby is fine, the elevators smaller than one might expect at a 4 star hotel, but all in all the photos of the facility are fairly accurate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed comfort is very good. We discovered a good bistro down the road - the midi-minuit - which actually closes at 10:30 (bizarre given the name). Looked at Georges bistro but was overcrowded and too noisy.
