Good hotel

everything was good except the first day in a room for wheelchair guests with no bath tub causing spilling of water in the whole WC. Next day the room was changed. Also metro station is almost 15-20 mins. walk from the hotel, but the hotel has nice view of the river, and clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
these WC rooms must be only against request, and not as a surprise for regular visitors

Upon early arrival,I asked that my medication be put in the refrigerator. There wasn’t a refrigerator in my room. When I went to retrieve bags, medication was on top of my luggage not the refrigerator. It was left out for 3 hours. Another employee kindly assisted and it was smooth sailing from there. Checkout was a breeze. He even gave me a coffee and snack to go.
